我觉得：“蓝东青春 红南赤夏 黄西金秋 黑北白冬”不是很通顺，“华夏之荣，万物皆流 千途归中 海内殷富 中国天下”则写得很不错，很通顺，确实是这个意思。

The meaning of this poem would be something on the lines of: "The glory of China: In the blue East, a green Spring. In the red South, a scarlet Summer. In the yellow West, a golden Autumn. In the black North, a white Winter. The ten thousand things all change. A thousand roads lead to the center. All is prosperous between the seas, in China under Heaven."
