Regarding native speakers, I still have a hard time sometimes understanding them, mainly in job environment through calls and stuff like that. English(3)

Good habit. Listening to BBC radio is a good way to practice English. I found that listening comprehension is very difficult. It took me more than years to understand native English news, and still it's not 100% understanding. How about you, Mr Lucio, as a Spanish speaker? English(3)
